Not a thing that you probably haven't heard in the media mate. It's well quiet!

I was of the opinion that if we are going to sign Auba, we had better have him play where he'd best fit. The idea of buying a player who did wonders in his current role only to move him to some, even though not unfamiliar but less productive role has really hurt us in the past. Would love to lay him in the middle but we have Aguero, KDB and Silva.

Pep has done it loads in the past though, so don't rule it out. Villa, Eto'o and Henry all got stuck on the wing for pep and excelled even though they reached their superstar status in the middle.

I haven't posted in a while for a number of reasons, the main one is that City are taking more and more of their PR in house, rather than contracting. As this is the case, I'm finding out less and less info, which is annoying. Saying that, due to the nature of the work most of my info comes when deals are in the latter stages.

News is now circulating on this one that its DONE with the announcement being made after the Euros.

Unfortunately this is wide of the mark.... However we are in the mix.

I've got a meeting with one of his major sponsors over the next couple of weeks.

Everyone expects this to go through. Total deal size (addons etc) passing the £40m mark.

True but he is much younger than Aubemayang. He is now at a similar level to what Aubameyang was a couple of years ago at the age of 24/25.

he might not get better though......like i said he has potential but that is it and many players don't reach that potential (just look at Ballotelli for starters, rodwel being another..)
