Incredible footballer. Was actually only talking to a mate about 'flair players'. Football is changing the likes of Kinkladze, Ginola, Le Tissier ect where are these type of players gone?
Football seems to be more like NFL now the training is mind numbing it's all routines and drills now like it's all scripted, Everything now is pass and move.

Yeah interesting point. Makes me think how a young hugely talented player with great skill like Foden doesn’t seem to be encouraged to play centrally and try and get on the ball around the edge of the box to make things happen. Instead there seems a fear he might lose the ball and is played more often wide left to basically graft. Also a team like England so desperately lacking a player for years who’d receive the ball in tight spaces and happily carry it forwards. Finally have one in Grealish and until very recently it seemed the manager was doing everything to not include him in the starting 11.

They’ve got great wingers , we haven’t. Also been out for a year then injured the same knee early this season but has still already scored some brilliant goals this season.
