Leroy Sane - 2016/2017 performances

Looks class. Hope we never have to see Navas ever again.

Not meant as criticism but he looks a bit raw still to me, lots of promise but I'm not sure how useful he will be at the moment in a game where he can't use his pace.

He's elegance personified when he's running full tilt with the ball.

A player who has everything you could want in a winger/striker. Once he starts to be more decisive/improves final ball and moves the ball quicker he'll be ripping it up in the prem.

If anybody gets too tight to him without taking the ball he'll leave them for dead! That video above is great and it's a beautiful sight to see his runs off the striker in one-two situations - the defenders just can't keep up.

Sometimes 'giving your all' isn't enough. They're not sunday league players – They are multi million pound players that are being paid to perform. Well if it's all about giving your all Pep might as well call me up. I'd gladly give my all for 50k a week.

That's exactly it though. Gareth Bale was raw until Tottenham gave him a lot of game time. Raw players need game time to develop.

If you cannot see the positive contribution he has brought in his time here, that's your call. Yes, he has frustrated, but he has brought a lot more balance and width to the team. A blue saying he hopes not to see him again is IMOquite sad.

got to admit i did not expect sane to make much of an impact this season , mainly down to navas superb work rate, but that last 10 minute cameo was excellent and if he can up the work rate navas may well leave in jan.
