Which I have on good authority consists of the following :

Walking in a straight line.
A cup of tea and biscuit to recover from previous exertion
A chat about whether or not he has any colds or underlying medical conditions
Can he hold a pen and sign his name on a piece of paper aka Contract

Job done .. I am ITK .. used to clean the windows there !!

im worried about the pen, took him ages to hand in a request.. someone help him with the pen
