He's signed at last........ Brilliant news!!
Even better news, Dunne looks like he's off to Villa!! :-) No room for sentiment.
Just need to get rid of Benjani and Garrido and the jobs almost a goodun!!
Signing Sjneider would be the hundreds and thousands on top of the icing on a promising looking City cake! :-) Apparently his enforced move to Inter looks like its fell through at just £15m!
Next up Yaya Toure and a better right back than the current options we've got and we'll be sorted for stage 1 of 'The Project'!
Near enough everything that I'd hoped for has been achieved in this transfer window, especially with all the dross being flushed down the u-bend.
Well done to Mark Hughes, Gary Cook and especially ADUG. We all know that buying a Premiership club and turning it into one of the giants of world football thus in the process promoting Abu Dhabi on the world stage as a business power-house was the main reason for buying Manchester City, but I still can't thank you enough for choosing our club above all others to achieve your aims and objectives.
Life is cyclical and I always knew our time would come again, it's the law of averages, but I never imagined it would be like this, not even in my wildest dreams. Thank you for the fact that all my rag work mates no longer seem that interested in football. I wish Utd no ill, I like all of us just want success for our long suffering club and its loyal supporters which I believe is long overdue.
I want my team to eclipse our illustrious neighbours but not by seeing them go into terminal decline because there would be no satisfaction in that, but just by us being a better and more successful team on the pitch where it matters and a more successful sports business model than them.
I hope in the fullness of time that our Chairman and Sheikh Mansour come to love this club the way we do, just so they can fully appreciate how we all truly feel and how grateful we are to them. The difficult takes time and the impossible takes a little bit longer and hopefully our success will follow in the fullness of time.
Thank You
Dribble :-)
