Made me laugh when the press made a big deal of Terry going to the USA with Chelsea, as if that was that - game over. Obviously they'd forgot we chartered a plane just to bring our south American players home from friendly internationals - sending one for JT would be simple... and now Lescott's over there too...

Was on the plane with the Everton guys (by chance not design). Lescott just gave a wry, non-commital smile when I asked him about joining us.
ps. he looks a lot more "normal" with his baseball cap on....vaguely human!

yeah they've got jack fucking rodwell apparently!

Jack rodwell is an outstanding talent. Probably the most talented kid of his generation. He will be immense... very much like Rio Ferdinand was at that same age.

Also i've put the players I think are better then City's players in that list. However please realise that you can have a brilliant 11 players on paper, but it doesn't mean they'll play well as a team. Might be a good idea to hold your hourses until the seasons underway before making bold statements about your team. No-one knows how they will gel.

What, a bit like Rooney you mean? Wonder where he's going to end up then? Seriously, I admire Everton and Moyes for the way your managing to be relatively successful on a shoestring, but you haven't got a prayer of competing with the big boys until you attract a major investor. You may be right about us taking time to gel, but I wouldn't mind betting we're above Everton in the table at the end of the season.
