That doesnt end anything. Moyes buys on a shoestring budget. 20 million to him could seem like a great deal.

It simply says Moyes makes the choice whether to sell or not, NOT the board.

How about swap Dunne + £15M, I know this will upset some, but Dunne didn't look world class last season and that's what we need, not sure at his stage of his career he should be a bench warmer!!
