personally I think JL should put a transfer request in within the next 24 hours or failing that pledge his loyalty to everton, and if he does not we should officially move on to the next target, it would keep the everton kids off here and we are not that far away from the start of the season so I think it is time to sort it one way or the other - if he wants to stay at everton, or if they do not want to sell, that's fine and let's move on

Stick or twist? i'm sure Lescott knows Evertons stance on this situation and i'm fairly sure he knows city wont match their astronomical valuation.

If he don't ask for the move i think city will fcuk it off, i cant see us offering anymore than 21 mill and i dont think Evilton will settle for anything less than 25/26 mill.
