No point in an ice rink around there m8 turn it into a car park. Although you should save some money on the cranes for demolition as that meccanno set can prob turn into one with a bit of luck!

I still don't know whether we'll get him or not. I reckon the player wants to come to us, but it's whether we're willing to pay what Everton are wanting for him really isn't it? If we agreed a fee for him with the toffees then I would expect his signiture to be more or less a formality.
