are you sure you're not from liverpool? cos you have the same persecution complex as them.

I feel like I have to defend the Evertonians for a second here, A couple have made some mistakes and said things that maybe shouldn't have been said, but have now toned it down, why the constant sniping, Wantefc came on and made some sensible comments, wished us well and in general, started well. Why the constant need to snipe at anyone that isn't a City supporter?

Everyone has a persecution complex, we're no different. Look at the way people are convinced that everyone has an agenda against us, I'll admit, a couple may do but it's no worldwide campaign.

you're right wantefc seems ok, and i had no problems with a couple of the chelsea fans who were on here around the terry saga. fulhamblue or something the geezer was called was a good poster.
but this has been mentioned before this particular everton fan has made countless digs at city fans and our club on here, and you can stick up for him if you want but i'm gonna defend my club and stick up for some city fans on here as well while i'm at it. he can give it out but anything he gets back the same he can't take it.

he will be hard to replace him....but if you think about it if we got £22mill weve raped you..22 effin million pounds..its unbelivable money...but you signed barry for £12mill....decent price but because of your money it doesnt sound much anymore does it?

It's the new City price and that is that, we want, we have to pay!

Luckily we have! I dont blame clubs for wanting top doller, i'd do exactly the same.

Listen i do like a read on ur site purely as uve won the lottery...think the Lescott thread ids better than most but seen city fans stating they wouldnt go over x amount...if i was a city fan and i wanted lescott i wouldnt be arsed if he cost £50 million they can afford it...its not that ur season ticket prices will go up

And dare I say I believe a lot of it is from the lack of the respect we get, be it from jealousy or whatever. People think we don't deserve it and have a go, hard not to show disrespect back

Methinks a few City supporters need to imagine what this feels like on the other foot, suppose the roles were reversed and Everton were the club with riches, we finish 5th, have the nucleus of a good side and along come Everton offering a few quid for lets say Ireland, how you feeling now?

Not to worry, Evertons a bigger club, more chance of silverware, Hughes is a tosser for wanting Ireland to stay

So yes Everton supporters arent going to be happy, just as we wouldnt be happy, but it is the way it is, neither there supporters or ours can change a thing

What we can do as City supporters is show some respect for Everton, one of this countries great clubs, and if a few of there disgruntled supporters come here a gob off so be it, we dont have to rise to it and dare I say it act a little like Ferguscum has recently in the press towards us, we are taking one of there key players off them

Think about it, show some class. And to the Everton supporters on here dont think a few gobshites on here are representative of the average City supporter, unfortunately the dickheads are often most visible amongst the more reasoned voices

We've had to put up with it too, it's not like we've always had the money

All the more reason not to come across all Chelsea now we have

Is it really that hard not to show disrespect back? Are we doing ourselves any favours when we do?

fair enough...as im on your board ill take it back.....but not cos im scared of u...lol
how could i possibly try to scare someone on the internet im not trying to scare any one, put it this way would you go into a pub get into a conversation and start calling everyone a knobhead? no, i wonder why.

I wish I'd only been called a knobhead on here lol .
It would make a refreshing change from all the death threats and sentence long abuse ;o)
City are just like Everton .
We're both used to being on the outside looking in . We've taken steps to change things as a club , and City have that chance now with extra funding .
There are just as many kids on kipper as here , but most of us look past them on the forums .

No, but we don't want to give another club vying for a similar spot £50mil. It's not just a matter of what we can afford, it's also a matter of not giving others a chance of improving and not having the piss taken.

Unfortunately, those that have a price in their heads, dont make the decision at the end of the day, me included.

I dont care how much they cost, the manager will live and die by his choices and spending and if the chairman says ok, that will do for me.

It is still a dream to be honest with you mate, 30 years of watching the blues mainly struggle and now all this.

I for one am going to enjoy it

Moyes is a rag wannabee and he's only playing the tough man to please his scottish pal fergiescum and becuase he wants the rag job when baconface finally calls it a day

I really believe the Lescott signing would complete what would be a fantastic summer.

Moyes would rather cut off his nose to spite his face and keep a player who no longer wants to be there than get a decent amount of money find a good replacement and strengthen (their strikeforce) in other areas.

We should recall Jo from his loan signing if they won't sell and really f*ck them over.

Moyes is a tw*t of the highest order.

we could recall jo but then we would just be as bad as moyes iff they refuse then there isn't much we can do we shouldn't start a war and cut ties with everton for the future cos u never no what the future will hold

Give a sh*t they're messing us about - which of course they're entitled to do, at the end of the day he is their player - but it's time to fight fire with fire. We can recall Jo at any point from his loan as he is our player.

I'm sick of us getting sh*t we've made an offer for a player whom we want which any club is entitled to do. People have short memories and the rags didn't get any sh*t for the way they handled the Berbatov transfer which was far worse !
