You are a narrow minded clown.
Look at our squad, Dunne is a legend and the legend is gone.

It was very quiet over the way he, not under pressure of any kind, passed the ball from his centre back position out left of the box and straight to a Pompey player. If they had a goalscorer we would have been punished right and proper with a goal, instead of scraping it away because they balls upped this golden chance Lescott handed to them.
He will get exposed by Arsenal and Man U, he was only worth £10m at the very maximum.
If he was offered more pay by Chelsea or Man U, he would be away in a shot.
Some people need to learn that loyalty is often better than better skilled fly by nights, just like Hughes as a player.
During his playing career Mark Hughes was most noted for two spells at Manchester United, but he also played for FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, as well as the English clubs Chelsea, Southampton, Everton and finally Blackburn Rovers, before retiring in 2002. No wonder he does not recognise the value of loyalty.

Betcha!

I like Lescot, but he has not yet proved his loyalty or standard of performances, which I expect will be good. The post sought to ridicule those who have turned on a player loyal for 9 years, good or bad, and forced out of the club ignominiously and publically humiliated (or at least that was the manner of behaviour by the club).
If Dunne had made a mistake like Lescott there would have been hundreds of posts highlighting it as proof he was a massive liability and crap, not top 4 material. Fact is all defenders make mistakes, Dunney was a defender with passion and impact that scared opposition players, though I feel he could be exposed on occassions by players with pace.
I feel loyalty to the cause should be recognised and rewarded, promise to be better is nice, but having delivered for 9 years with passion and committment is better.
The same posters on here berating Dunne and glad to see the back of him will no doubt in time turn obn Lescott, just wait and see, because they like Hughes and Cook are fly by nights, with no loyalty or class and will be gone when the time is right. They like many of the anti Dunne posters on here fail to appreciate that loyalty to the club is a good thing, not a bad thing. Without loyalty I could just support the team of the moment, not a real fan which is all about loyalty to the colours, just like Dunne displayed before he was kicked out.
I look forward to the prawn sandwich supporters of the future, bye, bye working class City,
WELCOME TO THE SECOND 'NOT REAL' MANCHESTER CLUB.
Next time read my post before you jump in headless chickens style.
