I agree with the overweight comment,similar to the Richards scenario,seems to be carrying a little too much bulk which is impacting on his mobility,stamina and pace.Also like the aforementioned his positional sense and awareness is poor.
Unfortunately i don't think either are good enough,hence why they aren't first choice.

Once we lose one of Kompany or Toure our defence suddenly seems very dodgy, we allowed Poznan some chances that they never should have had - and their goal which was a mess. I think Mancini will look to strengthen the defence either in January or August. Lescott and Bridge do not inspire confidence and the talk is Mancini is looking at Radu from Lazio who can play both CB and LB, which would be curtains for Bridge if it goes further than gossip stage.

After a good first season at the club it seems to me he is strugling a bit for form at the club. Since his injury at the back end of last season it seems to me he is a shadow of his old self. Could of given away a peno during the build up to there goal just seems a bit lost at the moment. I know he can play better than that but there was 2 games in a row were on a other day he would of given away 2 penos. I think he needs to sort the basics out big time and get back to level he can play at.

I want him to do well but he just seems to lack something - personally i think he will be out in the summer

Kompany is the man that if we loose him we will be fucked big time. Toure and Lescott dont get me wrong could be replaced at the club as both at times at the club have looked poor. This season Toure has improved but I think we will need to replace both Toure and Lescott in the next year or 2.

I think the plan is to replace them with Boyata and Boateng.

Arsenal errr I think Squillaci may be understudy to Vermaelan and Koscielny and errrm I don't know.
Lescott/Boyata even Richards.

Today we had Zabba playing out of position and an 18/19 year old rookie in the centre of defence and still Lescott looked the weakest link. I think he needs a run of games at CB and maybe with Kolo injured he will get them. He really, really needs to get his finger out though or he won't be around next season.

Not wanting to sound a gloating bastard but how's he performed for City I don't know due to not watching many of your matches live?. I thought that boyata was excellent and Toure was always pretty decent. I was personally quite pleased with his transfer as I thought he spent far too much time looking at the floor with his head down. How do city fans rate him a flop , a decent signing never thought to ask.
