It needs to be a give and take relationship....tev needs to wind his neck in a bit and RM needs to take on board the issues his capt has....
I know RM and the club have bent over backwards as far as tev's relationship issues with his estranged wife and daughter..but what im talking about is the workign relationship...ie tactics....Im convincec the problems between RM and tev are down to tactical differences.....thats where the arguements seem to spring from
I think RM may need to at least listen to tev (and other players) as he does come accross as a bit of a dictator and stubborn as far as this is concerned (obviously only my opinion)
