Good post. The reason players who are not elite make it is mentality. Zinchenko is a great example. Vardy is another.
There are many examples of footballers blessed with talent who don't make it.

Vardy is an example of the opposite....the fact for years he was more interested in his 'social' life than his football, he wasted most of his early career.

Considering that we have just signed Alvarez and at least according to ITKs, we have secured the services of Haaland too, hopefully we will be able to find a good loan spell for him. He is too good to sit on the bench.

Yep fully agree ! Such a shame his goal was disallowed- he definitely had bulked up since I last saw him- just needs to stay fit
