Michael O'Neill seems to have little attacking initiative, their games seldom involve more than two goals. Definitely not a City way of playing.
I think Delap would be better being in a Premier League squad, perhaps as a squad player getting far more games than at City e.g.BHA, Norwich or Brentford.
I think he needs a strong leader on and off the pitch, as although he has great potential, seems to be very headstrong.
Hope he makes it at City though...
