Lidl / Aldi

Think i will stick to Waitrose

Waitrose is awful. They only sell one choice of things like dogfood, catfood, cereal, washing powder. I wanted a toothbrush and they only had one type that I could buy. There wasn't enough variety of produce that you could buy to feed yourselves for less than a week, without going back to buy more ready meals. The wine section was bigger than the fresh produce section.

Waitrose is just a honey trap for people who think they are buying quality, but in reality it's the same factory produced slop that you buy in sainsburys. Sticking Heston Blumenthal's face on the packet doesn't mean that he personally cooked and wrapped it in plastic for you. It's a huge con for nice but dim types.

I caught someone that quickly! I would agree but its actual the biggest supermarket near me and sells alot more stuff than the sainsburys up the road

We get quite a bit from Aldi, fruit and veg, chicken fillets, fruit pastilles, Ciabatta and granary bread, but the best thing in there, is the 4 pack of quilted toilet paper, it's awesome, 4 rolls have lasted almost a month, the thickness and softness has no equal, a quality wipe, it really is a 'super dooper buttock scooper'.

Aldi hunter hot dogs 99p and sometimes 1.99 for massive ones if they have them in.

No mechanicaly seperated chicken in them, the only ones I can find in any supermarket that hasnt got any of that gunk in them.

All i buy from them though lol

no nutritional value whatsoever in hot dogs

So what if they arnt full of nutrition they are a quick lunch and tasty with tommy sauce on, was just saying the dont have blasted off chicken in them.

4 diferent brands in Tesco's all have mechanically seperated chicken in them, even the most expensive ones.

Vegetables are to go alongside main dinner on an evening.

I bet you ask for extra salad on a kebab after 10 pints as well.

;-P
