It's harsh but true to be fair. Don't think there's any woman worth knowing who might be turned on by a partner's admiration of creepy misogynists like Trump,Musk and Tate.

Although, most women would probably be put off by the mirror opposite (LGBT ally obsessive, performative wokeness).

It matters. I couldn't have married someone who liked the rags, l'pool, the NY Yankees, or Margaret Thatcher. Or who doesn't like cats.

Fwiw, which is very little, I can summarise the advice I would give in one word.
Commit.

I’ve always enjoyed my time being single. Wish I had more but women just seem to come into your life. Been with the same crazy person for 30 years now !!!! Never pursued too much, there are billions of them out there, want one, go get one…. I have a lot of very happy ( I think ) Batchelors friends, maybe they have it worked out more than me……
