Life's a beach....

How was it? Thinking of going next year?
It was lovely. Such a varied place although we were only on the Pacific side in the Jaco area down south. Beautiful beaches and tropical rainforest. We went zip-lining down a mountain which was amazing. Got a boat over to Tortuga island which was gorgeous. Also went to Manuel Antonio national park which is well worth a visit if you want to see sloths and monkeys and many other animals. There is a little beach in the park which is a slice of heaven. We did not go to the Arenal volcano or up to Guanacaste. That's on the list for next time. BTW the people are really nice too. Very highly recommended. Enjoy.

Thanks mate. Looking like a summer trip, so I’m told we need to do Caribbean side in Summer? Definitely sounds up our street though.

Yeah summer is rainy season especially on the Pacific side; although it doesn't rain all the time. So yes, the Atlantic/Caribbean side will be dry at that time I believe. It'll be bloody hot wherever you are though...;)
Have fun!
