I meant from today. I was at the game on Wednesday so I wanted to compare what today's lights out was like.

i take it i'm the only who thinks its daft and tacky. its something that if i went away and saw the home team do i would laugh my head off at and join in with the song "what the fucking hell is that" which we would undoubtedley sing. i think its something that a small club would do. Are we that small club?

I was there on Weds and the only thing I thought was "the old lights at Maine Road took hours to warm up so it would never have worked there!'

Its all in the presentation josh. They're absolutely nailing it as a theatrical effect, and i mean that in a theatre/ rock show production sense. It works really well with the musical crescendo supplied by the fans and the pa system. I think its terrific, and i doff my hat to these guys for pulling it off so well.

It's unique to us and only works because we sing the song bluemoon. Any other club and yes it would look daft and tacky because they would have no reason for it.
