Ligue 1 Crisis?

Maybe turtle face leaving has had a dramatic effect on viewing figures.

Lille won in 2021, Monaco in 2017. PSG had only won twice before 2013.

PSG have won 10 of the last 15 Ligue Un titles.

Bayern have won 12 of the last 15 Bundesliga titles.
City have won 8 of the last 15 EPL titles.
Celtic have won 12 of the last 15 SPL titles.

13 of the last 15 La Liga titles were won by either Barca or Real Madrid.

So Bundesliga is a one-club league, EPL is a one-club league, SPL is a one-club league, and La Liga is a two-club league, but only France has a significant problem.

I don't think the problem is PSG dominating.

This is partly why Bordeaux are where they are. Other teams won't be far behind. Especially those at the top end without wealthy owners. And quite a few owners are trying to offload but the clubs are worth nothing.

It's PSG that have devalued it. Everyone knows they just win it every season so what's the point.

With the EPL you know it's going to be a tough title race, even with City being the best. Anything can still happen. In france PSG fart and win the league.
Be careful what you say.

Rugby is the big game in France, the only country in Europe it is better run and has a more solid financial backing.

How is this situation different from Germany?
Germany has a really good football culture even if 1 team dominates the league. Clubs are well run and games well attended.

PSG are a real sour point for French football. Most French people hate parisians so that doesn't help either.
