I used to get my hair cut off the same hairdresser as Aguero in Oldham. Apparently the shop/his barber was snowed under in the shop so he couldn't drive down to Aguero's to do his weekly cut, so instead Aguero rolled up to the barbers in his flash motor with Otamendi and Zinchenko. Apparently according to the hairdresser's in the shop they just walked in and sat down waiting for their hair cuts like regular blokes! Hahah!

Apparently there were a few city fans in there at the time just star struck like what the f*** is going on!

Moral to the story, maybe they might see Messi in there at some point!
He still does his hair, I work with his best mate, needless to say I’ve already tapped him up for a signed shirt off Messi.

Hi everyone and sorry for my terrible english.

I´m a Barça fan and a reader of this forum, because i like your club since the signing of Silva (and now i like it much more because Pep).

This is my opinion: you are going to sign Messi 100%. Because Messi wants to live the club, he´s decision is firm, he needs a new challenge, he knows the talent of Pep and is a Kun Aguero´s close friend. And the most important thing, you are the only club wich meets to fundamental conditions: have the chance to win important trophies and have the money to pay him.

My opinion, too: he´s not going to leave for free, he´s not right about his contract issue. And nobody is going to sing him in this conditions and risk for a vey expensive penalty. And there is another issue: the FFP. You have to lose some salaries to can afford his signing.

So, the only way is an offer with cash and players. Minimum two players and maximum 3. What players are interesting for FC Barcelona and no crucial for you? García, Gabriel Jesús and Bernardo. May be Cancelo, but probably not.

Probably, you may think you have much more power in the negotiation. And is 80% true. But this is not a normal transfer. Messi is the biggest legend in the history of the club and the person who sells him will be a real villain for all his live. So is gonna be a tought negotiation, and if Man City doesn´t do the correct offer, Bartomeu will be happy to reject it. And Messi can stay and change his mind because in march we will have elections and a new board.

And what is a proper offer to me? García, Bernardo and Gabriel and a small amount of money (20m?) or García and Gabriel and more money (80-100?). You can think is too much because he´s age and the difficult situation for our board. But remember that it´s not a normal player, he´s the symbol of the club, of the city and our hero. For less than that the fans will burn the Camp Nou and they probably will in any case. So i think you will sign him but it won´t be easy.

And my third opinion: a transfer to City is the best for all, Barça, City and Messi.

Post data: the song has to be "you´re my wonder Goat".

I can’t see Bernardo leaving. Pep likes to play two AM in his team and with Silva leaving, we only have two AM in the squad if Bernardo goes, with KDB and a young Phil Foden. Gundogan can adapt to this role but is preferred to be played a bit deeper.

Gabriel Jesus I cant see leaving either. He had a good season and he’s still young. Selling him would leave us with just Aguero upfront, although Messi could play there too. But that would mean only two players who can play striker, with one being 32 and the other 33. Meaning in about 2-3 years we need to go and buy 2 more strikers. Can’t see that happening.

They will let Garcia go, and Angelino. The only other player I think they would consider in the deal would be Mahrez, because we have many players who can play on the wing. Messi could probably occupy that right position too. But, realistically, I think City would offer, Garcia, Angelino and around £100 million.

In terms of FFP, we have room, we were complying the last few seasons, and we’ve lost the following recently without replacing:
Kompany - £200k per week
Silva - £200k per week
Sane - £100k per week
Otemendi - £120k per week (assuming he leaves)

So we have there a deficit there of over £600k per week. Fernandinho is in his last year too which is another £150k per week. So I don’t think the money for FFP will be that much of an issue.

He may stay that is different thing but this random youtuber who had zero scoop so far is suddenly trying to break an exclusive?

Worse than Romano tap in reporting

If he stays then he looks a fool & just embarrassed himself & potentially pep, we need to invest in youth anyway. If he comes at a good price then great I can get messi on my shirt. Either way I’m not really that arsed

People only ever look at one side of the story. Over the last few years we have given multiple improved contracts with signing on fees aswell that you aren't taking into account. Looking at our wage bill if anything it has increased.

I agree we have room for FFP but it isn't because we have lost many high earners.
