If we sign Messi, then I think that injecting some energy and pace into that midfield becomes even more important than the left-back position.

here’s an actual serious question in this sea of gifs;

has a players’ relationship with their club ever deteriorated to the point where the only form of communication is via fax?

like even if Messi thinks Bart is a ****, is there not a single soul at the club who can speak to him via phone at least?
Who uses a fax these days

Your midfield doesn't look too slow to me. Besides, you seem to play with a pretty tight team on the pitch usually, it's not like they have to run on a rampage down the field all match.

About the fax thing.
A burofax is a method of business communication, popular in Spain, that allows people to send a secure document that will be recognized in a court or by a third party.
In Spain, they use burofax. It’s not necessarily a fax, though it can be. They’ve also added a new form of it as a secure electronic communication that requires a digital signature from the recipient.
It’s a very secure form of business communication, basically. Not just a fax.
Is it hackable

I agree, but then Foden , Bernardo, KDB can all do that. Also think Messi has more energy and pace than he’s given credit for, obviously he’d given up against Bayern and shouldn’t be judged on that game.

This was the Real Madrid president when fake Ronaldo wanted to leave. Fuck off Barca

They'd just won 3 consecutive Champions Leagues and were in a seemingly strong position throughout the club; lots of talent like Modric still there shining.

With Messi it's a case of a sinking ship trying to hold on to the only person capable of plugging the holes.

I honestly believe that had it been happier times for Barcelona and Messi pushed for a move then Barcelona would have been much more openly willing to work something out.

bottom line is this messi still under contract and city can not make a official approach with messi
messi has to honor his contract until barca say otherwise and messi does not really have a leg to stand on with the word of mouth promised by barca that he can walk away with a year left on his deal ??

sadly barca can hold out and messi has to jump ? but why would you keep a player not happy and not playing and paying him close to a £1million a week ? we also know barca are in a mess and need money and quick, also the need for new players with a ageing squad, so keep a unhappy messi cost them close to 100 million euros money they don't have

so like i said barca hold all the cards but are bluffing because its them that want messi out because they are skint
