If 40% of Manchester is educated to degree level why can I not get decent service at Maccy Ds?I read somewhere that in the City Centre of Manchester 44% of people are educated to degree level which is a key driver to successful business, the City's economy is growing 4.3% as opposed to the national average of 3.6% and we have not even taken into consideration the potential opportunities that the use of the high speed rail links can bring into the City from down South.
Investment in tech projects in the City went from 48m in 2018 to 181m in 2019, which is a massive increase. There are predictions of a Population surge by 2025 - which can only mean Housing prices, and most importantly increased economy which would create an estimated 150,000 jobs in the City.
Taking all things into account, that's quite remarkable considering 80% of the shell suit wearing cunts in Liverpool are on the dole!!
On a serious note, I am sure having a key figure such as Lionel Messi would help accelerate that growth substantially.
Don't tell the wife!It took me long enough but earlier tonight my brain finally accepted that this thing is actually going to come off. I haven't had my heart race like that or gotten that giddy in such a long time. It's completely crazy to think the bookies have us getting him at 75% and there still is equity there for some small profit. We're looking at something like a 85% or better chance to sign the greatest player in the history of the world. We're adding him to the best manager in the sport, the second best player in the world, a top 5 wide player, a top 5 striker, two world class generational young talents, brazil's number 9, the perfect goal keeper, and by far the deepest squad in world football.
I'd hate to be Gundogan next year. This guy is going to get absolutely destroyed on here. I'm already a little steamed picturing him and Rodri playing next to each other.
Please don't try and get another shite chant going pal, we have enough already.Jorge Messi went to Spain in a Lamborghini
He brought us back a Footballer Lionel Andres Messi!!
If that had happened he would have been told "no" but then as he's been at the club for 20 years he may have twigged by now that Barca is a member-owned club not a limited company.Maybe Messi has already asked for something along these lines of Barca and was told no, in that case he would appear to be the king of mercenaries.
Sounds like a virus. They're such a weird fan base. Ismaila Sarr is better than Lionel Messi according to people on that forum.
Bless them.
But you are patently talking shite. Why would receiving a small percentage of shares be worse than taking a higher salary (which would then destroy our wage structure) in terms of team morale? No need for the slur, if you cant be arsed answering any of my comments then please don't waste both our times commenting in the 1st place.
Obviously, you will now be tempted to come back with a pithy put down to show how superior you are, but just dont bother.
Cheers.
