Logic tells you that the clause was in relation to the end of season 19.20 but due to unforeseen circumstances this June 10th date is not relevant and does not apply. That's my take on it anyways!

If he was to sign for us in January and the season extended again due to covid, could he walk say at the beginning/mid May and walk straight into our team for the latter stages of our season. Barca can't have it both ways.
