i just think jesus would have kick off is messi signed ? pep would have to play messi every game and aguero if fit then sterling is before jesus and the new lad torres who i think is going to be a great signing would want game time

cash in on jesus if it means messi comes ? i know what the vote on here would be and my vote would be messi

I think he’d still get plenty of games and in some ways Messi might have lead to him starting more than Aguero because of Jesus’s pressing. Messi wouldn’t press and it doesn’t come naturally to Sergio despite him working at it.

If we buy a proper striker like I think we should then Jesus would probably kick off.

Well there is a picture of him going into training at Barca on BBC sport
His I haven’t got a contract and I’m not there player I don’t want to be there lasted a week
If he doesn’t come this window Inwould sack it off personally
It was now or never and it’s looking like a big fat Never
It simplifies things because rightly or wrongly, it's a tacit acknowledgment that the terms of his contract align with La Liga's interpretation now rather than the way his lawyers saw it. So paying a transfer fee or agreeing to a player swap (or both) now becomes the only practical option until May/June 2021.

Rumours have started again for Lautaro to Barca, can't see them buying him and Depay without selling more than Suarez.

They could actually have a good team next year with a couple of clever signings.
Dejong, Thiago and Coutinho in midfield with Lautaro as a false 9 and Depay, Fati, Dembele and Griezman for the wide forward positions.

A lot has become clearer these past couple of days and explain why Barto would rather keep Messi prisoner than let him go. Sponsorship videos, images and kit launches must have already been done before Messi sent the burofax which put Barcelona in a terrible position. It means they'll have zero intention of selling him this summer so all that's left is to see how much that bothers Messi and whether he's done with the club beyond this season.
