Chelsea been linked in the last few days with comments from Mourinho and Fabregas. Mourinho saying that FFP would make it extremely difficult for them.

Surely Messi would choose us over Chelsea with the players we have?

Didn't someone post a picture of Chelsea's "supposed" shirt for next season, with turkish airlines as the new sponsor?
Maybe they might chuck a load of money at Chelsea to help fund a deal?

Turkish airlines? Can't imagine them being hugely wealthy!

Don't know what they are worth to be honest,I've read that their official twitter account DID tweet they would be "the proud, official shirt sponsor" of Chelsea from next season, then quickly deleted it....deal worth £25mill a season apparently....just thinking out aloud mate, messi doing the adverts for TA and a probable sponsorship with Chelsea.

Sergio and Zaba are better friends with Messi anyway compared with Fab :P . Not to mention he's probably not a big fan of eye gouging Mou.

Messi signs new contract even though there are issues hanging over him,
Sergio, his bezzie mate says he's not leaving City until he win Chumps League,
Zabba trying to persuade him,
City compliant with FFP unless Michelle and Red Dave think up another way to stymie us,
City expand stadium
Sponsors that would crawl on broken glass to sign up if, sorry when he signs. No Lithuanian biscuits or Vietnamese tyres here.

All been pointing to him coming for last 12 months to me.
