Theyve been saying it since January. If iit eventually turns out to be right, which it probably will, doesn't mean they were right all along.

All the spanish reliable journos are saying itll be done by today or tomorrow on messi's birthday, meanwhile the likes of marcelo bechler and others state that there has been no final agreement and a decision is yet to be made, im intrigued as to who will be in the right. If its not been announced within the next day or two then it really starts to get interesting imo.
