Surely there’s some sort of void clause where Barca have the right to cancel the contract after X amount of years. Regardless, they are so dumb for this. Messi or not that team is destined for 3rd place and a RO16 loss in the UCL.

As it has always been the case, barca was always going to completely ignore their financial situation and just announce messi is staying. the only question is, are they going to be rescued by tebes? if not, then messi is still leaving no matter what they prematurely announce. at the end of the day, they need to be able to *register* him.
 
Wow hes staying at Barca, there's a shock. Well done barca on securing a player on only half a million a week for five years when you cant even afford the players you already have.

39 on £500,000 a week. You’d think for a club so far into the depths of financial shit they’d be a little more shrewd!
