What you're saying makes zero sense. Barca cannot be in debt if Messi makes them money? Of course they can, and they are.

They're in this state because they've been woefully run by a guy so bent and incompetent he is facing numerous corruption charges. The fact they're in this situation despite the literal hundreds of millions Messi has made the club over his career only shows just how much of a shitshow it is.

As for the rest of it, a great player that's enormously overrated? Wow, that's some take. You're of course entitled to your own opinion. I couldn't disagree more with it but that's your view.
