Yeah, I agree with you. But....are you serious about Messi Saga ?

100% serious mate .... I spoke to three or four people from the forum when I first heard about it. It's not a done deal because Barcelona have to agree to sell. However there's a feeling in Messi's camp that he's done enough for Barca down the years that when he decides he wants to leave, they will have to acquiesce if their valuation is met.

Messi has been having English lessons off and one for four years now. I wouldn't rule out Iniesta either if I'm honest. I can fully see them both ending up at City next summer. Certainly with Txiki and Ferran at the club if Barca's crown jewels are going to move, City IMO would be their first destination.

You have even surpassed yourself this weekend Billy.
Put the crack pipe down now.

Jeez, he's got 'Bale ears'

Haha. Definitely made me laugh.

I wasn't trying to be a twat saying I've known City are in for Messi. Just a case of happenstance whereby someone I know was in the company of someone who would know what Messi's future holds. When asked about it the reply was something like "we won't go after Messi - his future is with Man City". Owners of football clubs generally know these things.

I wasn't trying to imply anything of the sort mate, was purely a way to show my excitement at what you said!

Messi - Now getting too many injuries & we do not have a good record on that front.
Julio Cesar - Do me a favour he looked passed his best when he did play for QPR.
Sergio Ramos - Might do a job but gets booked far too often for my liking.

If the rumours are true then my distrust of Pellegrini has risen a few notches - I am starting to get very concerned.

We're too good for Messi and Ramos?

This is more ridiculous that City being linked to these players

You're concerned about us potentially signing the greatest player on earth?

Very strange.
