No he hasn't.
If Messi wanted the move we could literally turn up on deadline day & shove 275m under there noses & there's not alot they could do about it.
Also the later we leave it gives them less time to buy in a new player.

Well exactly, like Iniesta said they don't care about him even though he's been at Barca his whole career. You know something is wrong when Barca's own players who love Barca are saying that something isn't right with the club. Pique and Iniesta now. Messi isn't stupid he probably feels the same. Neymar also had a dig, everyone can see they are struggling to bring players in too. Using underhand tactics making players go on strikes and saying deals are nearly done when no fees agreed, pissing the selling clubs off :D
 
Messi seems a loyal player and a man of his word, I don't see him leaving this summer and leaving the club and fans high and dry. Next summer is definitely possible though, he can sign a pre contract in January and that gives him plenty of time for the fans and the club to prepare. Would also allow him an awesome sending off in his last game (Like how we did with Zaba)

It's true, Leo is indeed a man of his word and he has said he would sign the renewal so we have to believe he will follow through but circumstances do and have changed. I would love it if he can help push the board out but there are too many old & conservative socis that will not want to rock the boat. Will depend largely on what happens over the next week in terms of reinforcements to the squad
 
Messi is refusing to sign the new contract he agreed earlier this summer and wants the club to reinvest the cash received for Neymar, who joined Paris Saint-Germain for £198m.

The Argentine wants the club to build a team that will challenge Real Madrid, who won La Liga and the Champions League last season.

And Don Balon claim Messi will join Manchester City if the Barca board fail to act accordingly.

It is said City have opened their arms to him and would take him tomorrow, or would also be happy to wait until next summer when he would be available on a free.

Barcelona have missed out on transfers for Hector Bellerin, Marco Verratti and now Philippe Coutinho as their chaotic summer keeps getting worse.

They have managed to sign Nelson Semedo, Paulinho, and Gerard Deulofeu.
