This would be the biggest signing EVER !!!

Financially we could accomodate him. I am sure he would love to play week in, week out with Aguero.

Imagine a front 5 of:

Silva, Nasri, Messi, Negredo and Aguero

with Fernandinho and Yaya behind them.

Think I've just had a little sex wee.
That's 7 players, are you suggesting we go to a back 3 again?

Why not. Vinny, Nasti and Demichellis?

If theres any hint of this next summer then it is going to be x10 worse than the Isco saga on here.
It's November and look at the amount of pages, there'll be records set.
Surely not more than the Dzeko thread has?

;)

This will break the Kaka record if there is a chance of us signing Messi in the summer. The Arsenal defeat in the title winning season took some beating as well.

Dzeko? Go to the Classic Threads and look at the Tevez Thread, that has to be the benchmark! :D

Supposed transfer guru, François Gallardo, made the monumental claim that Lionel Messi will leave Barcelona to an undisclosed club thought to be either Bayern Munich or Manchester City with the former being likeliest. He said: "What I will discuss will probably make me receive some brutal reviews, but I have no problem with that. I do not care.In late September, just two months ago, one Barca player and his advisers met with the club. The footballer wanted a review of his contract and the Catalans promised to allow that player to do so. They agreed an increase in wages. Yet After a month, the club made contact with them and explained that they could not fulfill it.So a month ago the relationship between advisors and the club broke down. The player feels betrayed and has decided to leave at the end of the season. The player has a verbal agreement other team, and in for February/March he will begin preparing his transfer. The decision is taken. Leo Messi will leave the club at the end of season!"

Where is that from and who said with the former the likeliest? Do Bayern have the funds?
