Just been down to the ticket office to collect my Lisbon away tickets, I was told on the phone on Monday when I bought them that they would be ready to pick up within the next 24 hours so made a special trip to collect them and YEP! they will not be available to collect until Sat morning.

PS: They still got me to buy a City Teddy for my grandson "sucker"

How did you buy them on Monday ? .............. they didn't go on sale until Tuesday

and the following has been on the website since the criteria was announced

Please note we will not receive the match tickets until Friday 2nd March. Tickets purchased from Tuesday 28th February to Friday 2nd March will be available for collection from the Stadium Box Office from 9am on Saturday 3rd March
