Only if you feel the force of the nudge was enough and that alone csused him lose balance or he was off balance anyway due to poor footwork/positioning therefore said inoquous nudge looked worse than it was. It can be argued both ways I guess.And I'll say it again the rules are clear it's not open to interpretation, the push/nudge/whatever you want to call it IN THE BACK causes him to stumble does it not? If yes you agree with me whether you agree with the rule or not. It's a foul.
