Rodri is a class act, always has been, I never got the hate on here for him.
His clock is bigger than his fat bald head and that some achievement!
It means a hell of a lot more.
That win will have done Liverpool and particularly Klopp a lot of long term damage, that's hugely important, even when it comes to next season.

Fantastic all round team performance. Not a criticism, but isn't it strange that we've gone from a team that wins penalty shootouts to being incapable of converting one. Good job we're awesome at everything else.

Allison didn’t, Klopp did. Allison plainly wasn’t fit to play. He shouldn’t have been on the pitch. I think you can say there’s some degree of goalkeeper error for all four of their goals.
I think we’d have beaten them anyway because we are a much better team. His errors just sealed it.

utterly fantastic!! really enjoyed that second half.
i'll admit, with the general tempo of the first half, and then the missed penalty, i thought the writing was on the wall a bit, but the 2nd half was magnificent.
no problem for the Salah pen, was the first real mistake Dias has made (fluffing the tackle/clearance and then tugging the arm when Stones was covering) but the going down like your shot stuff is getting boring in footy now.
Sterling is a bizarre player, he goes from standing still or being incapable of passing 6 yards, to setting up goals in lethal fashion. I've also noticed he never beats a man on the outside anymore, which is strange, i think full backs are actively trying to show him outside.
