Liverpool (A) Post Match Thread

Will take the draw but can we get rid of Sterling now. Useless.
The funny thing is that in that position he might be more useful than Grealish was because what I saw from Grealish today is that he's not a good enough handworker without the ball, which is a bummer and needs to be improved, but Grealish is better in everything else of course.

Why didnt VAR pick up the penalty incident but Sky did, then didnt discuss it at half time ?
The one on Foden in the first half with Milner - if you are talking about that one it wasnt a penalty cause it was outside the area (it was a foul) but VAR doesnt get involved with fouls which result in penalties (or not)

And has to be said, for all his industry, Jesus just has to get a proper shot in there at the end, just whacking it against the defender was unforgivable.
He had all time in the fucking world and several options to choose. What does he do? Whacks it against the only defender's back. Pathetic

We just continually get fucked over by officials and it’s a testament to just how good we that we have still had the success we’ve had.
It’s blatant.

I felt that was more of a pro-Liverpool refereeing performance than an anti-City one. As in, any other away team would have been screwed, not just specifically City

It was bloody horrendous officiating though and we need to submit a complaint and get the **** sanctioned

Great match , great atmosphere, very good performance from us...we need a feckin striker, and a better KdB.... Grealish needs time,also...

I said as long as we were within 5 points after this run I would be happy.. two is great.. and although I rate Chelsea as the steadiest.. I would worry more about Liverpool stretching a lead as in my eyes they are more capable of going on a mad run. Very happy so far. I think given our fixture list second half of the season.. we are clear favourites imo.

Was nice of the ref to let the crowd ref. When Beglin is even calling him out you know he's awful

Another epic. I really cant stand watching these games, I almost didnt today because its always a shit-ref show. Iv lost count of how many times the ref has influenced the games between us and them. We had the Mane red card against Eddie but nowt since.

It’ll take him a big part of the season to get it, but he will and he’s gonna be immense for us. Also thought Sterling made a tiring back 6 more twitchy when he came on.
