Ederson
Walker
Kompany
Otamendi
Mendy
Fernandinho/Stones
D Silva
B Silva
Mahrez
Sane
Aguero

Subs: Muric, Danilo, Laporte, Fernadinho, Foden, Sterling, Jesus

Worry ferdy cannot do 3 games in a week and so would consider using stones in the holding midfield role, or a possible back 3
Mahrez for sterling too

One does not simply walk into Anfield and win. Its black gates are guarded by more than just scousers. There is evil there that does not sleep. The great eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire, ash, and dust. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume. Not with ten thousand men could you do this. It is folly. Boromir 2001

Can we please just go half an hour without conceding first.

Will have it on mute as we know who Tyler wants to win

No Gundogan, then the game is lost - Easy as that as he's been horrible recently.

Ederson
Walker - Kompany - Laporte - Zinchenko
Fernandinho - Stones
Bernardo - Silva - Sane
Aguero

If that team plays, then I think we have a great chance

What would make you think, in your wildest dreams, that Stones plays in midfield at Anfield? Do you seriously see that team playing? If so, wow.

Hopefully Napoli give them a tough game tomorrow, and a rough night for the feral scum that follow the team whilst robbing and tipping walls over.

The last minutes of today’s game. Imo we need a second pivot and who would it be if not Gundogan?

I dont think it's a ridiculous suggestion at all. We can't keep trying the same thing over and over as it clearly doesn't work, we've got several players missing, sticking stones in with Fernandinho might be the best alternative option we have.

if Mendy is fit, I think he will go down that route, it will offer a bit of flexibility to either stick to the usual formation but give us some extra protection or we could easily revert to a 3 at the back system with Mendy and Walker pushing on as wing backs.

From the 2010/11 season until now, basically city and liverpool have put in the exact same type of performance every time they've met at anfield, with a very similar end result each time. And I dont expect that to change on Sunday.

First time i've seen a poll on here where lose is winning. Voted lose as well, purely because anything more is a positive for us.

We win there and we can win absolutely anywhere. We'll destroy the league again if we win there.

Just can't see us winning though.

Need legs in midfield for this one, so Kev and even Delph are big losses.

If we can beat them on Sunday I’d cherish that day above all others. With our record that it’s hard to be confident of a win, I’d take a draw in a heartbeat.

Don't usually fancy us here but think we will do it on Sunday and win 2-1.

Wouldn't be surprised if we went 3 at the back. Worked very well at home last year and play a double pivot with stones and dinho.

(Would be harsh on sane)
