This would be my team. Won't be obviously but I think they're there for the taking. Have Fern play infront of back 3 with Rodri and allow Gundogan to push on with the front 3 all with pace and movement interchanging.
Need to go there mix it up and not be too predictable. If we can't get a result there this season given current form and injuries we may as well give it up.

I think the blueprint for them this season is: Defend well, frustrate them and then slowly start turning the screw until they lose all hope of getting anything. We can't go in gung-ho, thats not how their losses have come, that will just leave space in behind and give the ref/VAR an opportunity to gift them a decision. Mane was a big miss for them tonight with his pace and diving, so I expect the front three will still need to be looked after on Sundy, as well as the wing backs but I think should dominate the midfield even without KDB there. If we do that, then we should be able to get at that defence big time.
I agree - we should play as we have recently - nice and safe.

Just let Sterling and Mahrez out because they more than anyone else won't take the opportunities that might arise.

Even without Aguero and KDB. We won't get a better chance at winning at Anfield than this sunday. Not for a while at least.

Really hope we can get in to watch this team before the end of the season, they deserve to hear what we think of them especially Ruben and John

last two or three home games with a crowd would be immense

For me Raz-Bernie Rodri gundogan-Foden with Jesus up front. Energy, pace, balance win this game. Fullbacks the only question for pep.

The perfect line-up. Having Cancelo come back to defend and tuck into midfield in attack, Fernandinho’s presence as well as a ’leftback’ in Laporte strengthening that side. I also want the inverted wings; Ferran has a strong right and Foden his strong left. Same goes for Gundo and Bernardo.

Reality: Pep will probably play both Rodri and Mahrez. Sterling can’t be anywhere near this team on Sunday. This is probably our most important game of the season as we can put an end to Liverpools title hopes. Sterling is fkn awful right now (yes, despite his tap-in goal) in everything that he does. Even a blind man could see that he struggles.

Whilst a point is a good result, we should go for it.

United could have beat these but played too conservatively and then Burnley and Brighton have won.

Some unbeaten record to then lose 3 consecutive home games would be great!
