Or, alternatively, they'll murder us if we play both Haaland and KDB due to their deficiencies in defence. We were winning when KDB was subbed on vs Brighton, we lost the game. We were winning vs Feyenoord 3:0 when KDB was brought on, we drew 3:3.

Relying on KDB to suddenly come to life and save us is magical thinking. The first precondition to start a game of that magnitude is to be able to put in a proper shift. If KDB is ready to do it, then fine. Anfield is not the best place to give him a 1st start since 10 weeks, though. He was very poor vs Liverpool in March despite having played a lot more minutes than this season.

We should play our best players and Haaland and KDB are our 2 best players that are fit, we can't blame Haaland or KDB for our shit defence.

KDB has been injured and isn't in his best form. That's why he's been on the bench for the last month or so. Precisely because we have problems in defence, we can't afford to carry half fit players at Anfield. Give him a start or two against lesser teams before throwing him against top teams.

I hope he is fit enough to start and play like his old self, but chances are he is isn't. If we need him, sub him on with 20 minutes to go and hope for the best.

We're up for it.
Five of us going with two having tickets for the home sections.
They're a good side with things going their way at the moment.
We're the opposite, a good side where things are not going so good.
Media seem to make a big deal of the anfield atmosphere like they never get beat there, yet many many teams have shown that's a myth.
I'm sure it will be a close game, and if they win they'll be dancing on the streets of Norway.

We need some semblance of leadership on the pitch. Someone to keep the complacency in check. Conceding 3 in such a short span late vs a mediocre team like we just did simply doesn't happen when you know you are answering to a captain who will chew you out if you make the mistake that leads to the goal. Have not seen anger, grit from this team in a long time-- Dias is the only player up to the task. He needs to be deputized ASAP... it could light a fire under him as he returns and help keep the defense in line.

I know its a long shot but fuck me what else do we have?
