I'm not sure. I haven't done a thesis on it but life down there is much more expensive than here. People defend our match day ticket prices saying that they're not quite as bad as arsenal's when in real terms they're significantly more expensive.

I would guess that for ''like for like'' jobs, wages/salaries in London would be comfortably higher in London, to account for the fact that the cost of Living is considerably higher down there.

Dearest are £60 the cheapest are £55. Seems to less of a difference in cheapest and dearest this season

Doesn't make it ok because other teams are doing it, it's a major issue that needs addressing, low income families are being priced out of the game. If I was a kid these days there is no way my dad could afford to take me my brother and sister to a game, luckily I have enough spare money (just about) to afford mine and my sisters season tickets but if they start increasing those astronomically then I will have to call it a day, then the club will have their wish and fill my seat with someone willing to pay through the nose both for the ticket and in the club shop
