Give over.
We've had a truely fantastic season, but history is against a win or even a draw at Klanfield. When we win there, with what has gone before this season, it is a sign that we really are going places.
When we last won there, were we "going places"? no, we finished on 41 points in 16th place.
1 game does not define a season, our consistency has shown how good this side are, Liverpool may well win a game they have pre-loaded with emotion and ideas of revenge.
Will City suddenly fall apart after a defeat at Anfield, no, history may well be against us, but we have a 15 point lead, and there's no need to treat this as a "cup final" and a "must win" or a"season defining game" this is rhetoric for Sky Sports and such to sell ad space.
Liverpool are very capable of whipping their fans up into a frenzy to intimidate our players, just like the 3-2 win in 2014 where they almost imploded, and but for the width of a post, would have, this team is better than that, this team is 15 points clear, they are going places, with or without a win on Sunday.

As Pep has just said to be the best you have to win at places like Klanfield.
He's right. Since the Sheikh took over we haven't. Lets hope it happens on Sunday. You are clearly optimistic. For me the proof is in the pudding. Live with it.

Tbf though, it was 40 points plus and back then, "going places" meant something completely different and we really didn't want to be going places :)

Expect Ederson to be booed through out by the these football loving , very knowledgeable , cheeky scouser's ,good humoured , best in the world , fans.

Why he had to damage Mane's studs with his face i still cant figure out.

Hope the Kop dont give him the 'Corrigan' treatment!

Got a good feeling about this game and think we will come away with all three points. The only match that now worries me is Spurs away.

Are games with the floodlights on at Anfield only "magical" when they are European games or do they have that advantage at all games played when it is dark

I think previously he’s been arriving back for training the day before games, so we’ll probably find out tomorrow

I'd actually just prefer him to celebrate normally and ignore the irrelevant cockroaches that infest the Kop.
It would infuriate them more if he just ignores them. He's ignored them, the media and England fans all the way to 15 points clear..

You are probably right mate but I just feel especially bitter about the way those bin dipping cnuts treated him and still continue to treat him, despite him being top of the league, again..! ;-)
