Liverpool (h) - CL QF post match thread

We lost 5-1 but that doesn’t begin to tell the story. 2 fucking offside goals given against us which were on, 2 clear penalties not given... one offside goal for them. It’s ridiculous. What annoys me is that it will get swept under the carpet.
 
Every chance we concede lately is In the back of the net, at the other end we create chance after chance after chance and score 1 goal.

Can't wait for the season to end now. Win the league and look where we can improve on the summer.
 
God the champions league is so corrupt.

Every time we go out we’ve had some shocking decisions against us. 2 incorrectly disallowed goals, a shocking penalty not given, an offside goal allowed and firmino not getting a second booking over 2 legs.

Of course it all evens itself out.

Wonder why the champions league won’t get VAR? Would it show how blatantly poor the decisions are?
 
I understand the refs were horrible but still Liverpool’s defense is horrible. We should have scored 7 over two legs. Just weren’t good enough
 
Too easy to just blame the officials. They played their part of course but over the two legs the dippers were more clinical and defended better and deserve to go through. Pep seriously needs to look at his tactics for these big games and he needs to sort the fucking defence out.
 
Find it hard to get too upset or angry when we were so blatantly robbed. Can't get worked up when you're playing against loaded dice. Pool will obviously draw Roma now and probably get to the final. CL is bent as hell. Proud of the lads and gonna look forward to see them lifting the PL now.
 
At least our ex city boys dzeko and kola did well. Just wished it was against a hated team like real Madrid or rags or pool. Not pep's beloved team.
 
Corrupt Bent refereeing yet again along with our comical defending.
We are not ruthless enough, period.
The players should hang their heads in shame, awful at Klanfield, poor again at home.
Possession counts for fcuk all, it’s goals that matter.
I really hope those hypocritical delusional dipper cnuts get hammered in the semis.

Even with the shit refs Liverpool were the better side over the 2 legs.
It's still been a great season though but we're lacking bollocks when the going gets tough.
 
Disappointed but at least we will have something Liverpool will never have

Proud of this side, its players and the gaffer.

Both legs fucked over by bent/shit decisions at key times and but for that and some luck or even just some fairness?

Players must think at times wtf as they get shafted time and time again.

Salah offside first game for his goal, clear penalty denied first game and then tonight a handball missed and a goal wrongly ruled out twice imo.

No side in the world can overcome it, none.
