Liverpool (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

I’m glad it was ruled out. I’d be annoyed if it was against us though.

By trying to get out of the way of it, he’s made himself active. Seems counter productive and one of those things that have gone for us today.
It is only notable as those 50/50 calls have never gone for us in the past particularly against the scousers and scum

The confusion of the disallowed goal is baffling me. If he doesn’t duck and it hits him, he’s offside…so how isn’t him moving out the way of the ball an offside gesture/movement?!

I’ve watched a few videos since getting back and Richards has alluded to it (for once he’s said something sensible) but nothing else really.

Maybe it’s best for Sky to keep it as a debate for viewing figures but to me it’s a simple decision.

That disallowed goal is down to Pigholes
making a case for both sides of the argument and not having a rule that says it definitely a goal or not. When the rules are subjective, it's not a definitive rule. Let's go back to goalkeeper and another player rule to be offside. So easy this refereeing. We've taken so many subjective rulings, it's about time we got one.

Oh god, I can just imaging Cherki, panenka’ing or Rabona’ing everyone of them.

He seems that sort of maverick character.
He has the cockyness of Balo. I just feel Hålands penalties have become a bit predictable.

The wors one to take a pen would probably be Savinho.

Phenomenal performances there.

As good as we were, Gvardiol had a fucking abysmal second half. Can’t believe how often he gave the ball right to them. Amazed he was left on.

We absolutely manhandled them. They had nothing on us.

I’m no fan of VVD but they were a two man team today with only him and szoboslai close to us.

They are in trouble. And I’m here for it.
