The latest excuse from the Dippers "the grass was too long " , Pep deliberately told our groundstaff to grow the grass longer so the Dippers couldnt play their quick passing game , Merseyside has got to be the Monkey Dust capital of the world , deluded f*ckers

Grass too long.
Lines painted on too thick.
Referee wasn't biased enough towards them.
Our players were very mean and kept being hard working and physical.
Sané was offside when he scored.

Have any of them said the match ball was flat yet?

You’re still 4 points clear so you’re still favourites as far as I’m concerned. But if we can keep within 3 or 4 points of you going into April/May then you’ll have your work cut out. First point, were it not for our wobble we would still be top of the league.
2nd point, Mahrez missed pen.
3rd point, No KDB available for so many games this season.
4th point, why are the dippers not getting many injuries?
5th point, why has Mane not been sanctioned, banned for his recent shit against the tarquins and us?
We are the current Champions, achieved by playing the best football.
I think that the dippers will collapse before too long and we will prevail.
 
The vile dippers and the arse licking media and their equally gormless toothy manager and whiny diving players can all get to fuck!

For once we gave them back in spades what they do to us at their shitehole of a ground. Incessant booing, hostile atmosphere, matched their snidey rough stuff with our own and for once the decisions actually went our way.

Fuck them all and I hope Van Dyke and one of their front three are out for a few months soon too, like Kev and Mendy have been for us. Not nice and sporting to say? I couldn't give a fuck, let the vile coach bricking booing our player as he's carried off in an oxygen mask pieces of shit have some karna!

Some scouse on talkshite the other day said Aguero dived seconds before he scored and should have been booked and a free kick for them.

I don't see the comments as inconsistent. He is saying this year's title is 50/50 which is fair enough. In fact, I would still have Liverpool as favourites, leading by 4pts and only having to go to the Scum among the so-called big 6.

Danilo had a fine game and Laporte was excellent (did Salah have a meaningful touch all night?). Stones will always be remembered for one clearance which seemed to defy the laws of physics, but he was admirable all night and Vinnie was a model of calm, defensive composure all night and he did not, categorically and definitely not, commit a red card offence. For a back four which has never played together it was superb, especially with Ederson giving an exemplary display as "the spare man at the back". And yet I don't think we were ever at our best or hit top form. It was our effort, our team spirit, the collective determination to do nothing but win which saw us over the line. And that goes for the crowd as well; the vocal support never wavered. Much is made this morning that no one has heard noise like that at the Etihad before - no one has actually heard noise like that anywhere! City and the crowd were simply tougher, harder psychologically than Liverpool and the victory was well deserved.
