Liverpool (H) Post-Match Thread

Fuck that...the media have been sucking klopps ringpiece for far too long

About time he got some proper questioning instead of being pondered too

He was rattled and wound up after getting dubbed 4-0 in their first game as champions

City didn’t really win,it was because Liverpool had already won the the league so couldn’t be arsed according to Neville and Tyler.hahahahaha

I think Herr Pulis was completely justified in his responses. Tables turned, we would all be backing Pep if Shreeves had asked him the same questions. Th3 blokes a fucking prick .

It’s not really Shreeves’s fault. He’s told which questions to ask by his producer.

My streams went dad after the final whistle - what did he say? What was Peps reaction?
Short Summary

Klopp: gobbing off, combative with the interviewer, and looking rattled

Pep: congratulating the champions, making subtle excuses for them losing that don’t highlight their poor performance, being generally classy as usual

my points about our midfield were completely justified by the first 20 odd minutes. Gundogan gave the ball away at least 3 times in extremely dangerous areas and Ederson saved twice in seconds after Walker had initiailly given it away and then Mendy proceeded not clear the ball Rodri also got caught a couple of times in this period as well off another give away by our midfield getting pressed they hit the post.

This time we survived it and got away with it and them smashed them after that. We actually in the first half did a Liverpool on Liverpool. We then proceeded to play them off the park but again with some mistakes and very close calls (mane should have scored from another give away by our defense/midfield)

Fuming.

I thought at times tonight he looked like he was playing right on the edge of his ability. Concentrating and working incredibly hard to keep up with the game when they were attacking us, almost getting caught out, and straining to make a few tackles or passes under pressure.

He did it though, he got through a game against a very, very good team and this is how kids like him reach those higher levels.

If he plays in the CL in August, or the FA Cup final he will be a better player now because of today's game.
At the edge maybe but he was given a chance by a manager who trusted him. This will build him up, he had a good game overall and this only adds to a young players confidence.
