Liverpool (H) | Post-Match Thread

The usual pathetic fabrication. And masquerading as an understanding, benign and tolerant analyst doesn't make him any less of a complete scouse twat.
Did anyone ask why tsimikas was in our technical area? Couldn't he have warmed up on klopps side? Do players normally walk in fro t of opposing managers to warm up? If so then it may seem inflammatory when a game is on edge.

Another thing. We were called up for offside immediately by the linesman. Liverpool were allowed to carry on until the action had ended. Not saying our calls were wrong but why the two different interpretation of the law in one game?
Same thing happened at Old Trafford, Foden off side and flag goes up, Rashford off side and play on

Everyone will have their favourite video clip of a City moment. The 93.20 is obviously the one BUT that vid is only a hairs breath off it for me. Yesterday I wanted him to jog onto the pitch carrying a brew. It would have sent the twitterati into total melt down.
Said exactly the same, wanted him to stroll on wearing his big coat and a coffee

I thought that the so called "confrontation " happened when the Liverpool players walked into the Home Team's Technical Area .

Under the FA Laws, Law 12 states it's a caution offence for
  • deliberately entering the technical area of the opposing team (non-confrontational)
Any referees on here who can confirm that under Law 12 the Liverpool players should have been booked ?

Someone has suggested that it’s a rule that all subs must warm up in the opposition half as the linesman. Which would virtually always be on the left of dug outs. If that’s the case you’ve got a pretty small area where you’re allowed to pass between the home technical area and the pitch.

I can’t find anything to verify that though. Maybe the guy who said it can give a source for that info?

I’ve been trying to recall where away team subs normally warm up. As ridiculous as it seems, despite going to probably something like 500 games at this ground, I can’t ever remember noticing before.
