We have to start well tomorrow, the 2 home games we’ve lost are the 2 we conceded early goals. Of course we need to be clinical and make sure our decision making in around their box is good. Our build up is so good but often in and around the opposition box we play the wrong pass or rush it. I expect Phil and KDB to be our main goal threats, I expect Bernardo to run himself into the ground. We’ll need smart games from both full backs and Rodri needs to make sure he’s brain fart free.

Klopp will expect us to attack and he'll set up to defend against that hoping to flick a ball past midfield and run in with 3 or 4 fast as fuck players running forward as our defense (which is in attack) turn back and play catch up. Pep will be aware of this but he'll play that way anyway thinking the percentage of chances we get outweigh that risk. But that will only work if we take them. I'd hope for that reason he keeps some kind of safety net. That will be done with some midfield tactic that I can't imagine what it will be. That's my take on it but fuck knows.

I have officially gone mental. Took the kids to a farm earlier and they had some exotic birds (not that type) and one was blue and white so I am convinced we will win.

In all seriousness I feel we have looked back on it since the internationals and the dippers have been winning but not playing well. They have a lot of attacking options but we should have won at Anfield but for Salah’s class and failing to take our chances. That could be the story of the season, or we could get what we deserve which will be three points and then go and win the title. Defensively they are poor but they have enough attacking power to hurt us. The either rocking, De Britney and Foden ticking and Bernardo busting it in front of a rocking Etihad… the 3pts are ours!

So I monitor the platform my evening train leaves from on City game days. If it is 17, 21 (in the old days), 20, 26, it means we are going to win. It's an amazing predictor. It was 17 on Thu (didn't take train of Fri). So I am predicting a win with KDB special strike

You never know it’s all they have left to stop Liverpool.

Remember how we sometimes beat United with awful teams and United would just need to draw at Liverpool.

Unlikely not impossible. When they meet most Blues will want Liverpool to drop points against United and so they should.
