Sounds to me like the FA are getting close to formally charging Liverpool.

Given that it's taken our fantastic Government almost three years to do nothing about the deaths of 72 people in a Tower Block blaze I wouldn't hold your breath. These inquiries are just political stunts and often "cover-ups."
