They have paid quite a bit of money for Sterling but the talent is there.
 
I reckon when Rodgers gets a settled side they'll be half decent -

If they play like that for the rest of the season they could get fourth spot! That fourth place for me is open any team from Everton spurs Liverpool Chelsea could get it

Gimme 4 weeks and I might agree.

As daft as it could sound, Rio might not be the defender he was, but United miss him at the back and, more importantly, miss Carrick as defensive mid.

With them two in their favoured positions and not having to make do with midfielders in defense, I see United being a lot better.

But.....if they don't shore up defensively soon, then I agree, I think it'll be out of you and Chelsea.

I think United are taking the KK approach to football this season...."We'll score more than you"....or at least try.

Should be a good season for neutrals like myself anyway and it's started off great. That Liverpool v City game today was brilliant.
