After the way Brenda went on about "we have done so well to compete with the highest paid team", it is refreshing to see that Liverpool are being investigated re FFP.....people in glass houses and all that......
I'm sure a candle sale will raise the necessary revenue!

For what it's worth, if I were a betting man, I'd wager everything I own that Liverpool are cleared of any wrongdoing as far as FFP is concerned.

I second that.

very impressed with the young lad jordan Rossiter, only 17 and he will make it at liverpool, watched a lot of youth games involving him and he's a great prospect

Is that the kid the kid who scored or the young lad that had the balls to step up and take the sixth penalty, the other night, whilst the likes of Kolo were back in the central circle, pondering which Rolex to buy next? Both were named, Jordan, I think. I only saw the second half, so consequently, I didn't see a whole lot of the scorer (looked a lucky goal, mind) but the other kid's debut was unremarkable until it came to penalties. If he's got that much gumption, he'll be okay.

PS: was the second lad named, Williams?
I take it you don't recall Kolo's penalty in the African Nations Cup final the other year?

Fair point. Still unfair to take the wage and let the kid docthe job, though.

Poor Brenda the super coach, it's just not fare. The better side, didn't get what we deserved, should have had a penalty blah blah blah

i hate derby days especially at anfield as they always report how the everton fans never stop singing " murderers" and huge mobs baying and spitting at the hillsborough memorial. yet despite all the technology available can never back it up with photographic evidence. When you see some of their antics, it really hits home how disastrous it would have been for mankind if they'd won the title last season. They become more and more revolting with every trophyless year that goes by. For the sake of humanity, they can't be allowed to win that league title. EVER.This is the worst of it. using the memory of those people to score a snide point over the opposition because a Derby result never went their way. And those loveable sporting fans who cheered when mirallas was injured will be denying that as well just like they cheered when Toure got injured, horrible despicable set of gobshites.
